Optimized Scheduling for Doctors & Patients

Scheduling doctors and patients is like a complex game of chess — where each decision changes the entire state of the game. I developed a Python-based scheduling algorithm using cutting-edge optimization techniques. I utilized Python APIs, Docker, and advanced scheduling algorithms to develop the solution. This project resulted in a streamlined scheduling process, leading to improved efficiency and higher stakeholder satisfaction.

Dashboards & Insights for Offshore Rental Business

A rental company specializing in offshore oil equipment needed better insights into its product and client portfolio. I developed interactive dashboards that offered in-depth analytics on rental trends and customer behavior. The solution was built using Power BI for data visualization, along with advanced data processing techniques. The dashboards empowered the company to make data-driven decisions, leading to optimized inventory management and improved client portfolio management.

Research

We conducted a research study to explore whether veterans with PTSD responded more effectively to EMDR therapy compared to non-veterans, particularly in light of EMDR's growing recognition as one of the primary standard treatments for PTSD. Using Bayesian statistics, we compared the outcomes of EMDR therapy between both groups. The findings of this study led to the publication of a paper that was accepted by the European Journal of Psychotraumatology, providing valuable insights into PTSD treatment.
